A tasteful tale
Forno Meridiano was born in Ruvo di Puglia, a small town north of Bari from the passion and
vision of three childhood friends, Antonio, Giuseppe and Vito, who decided to dedicate all of
their knowledge and experience to this initiative. They have grown up and become parents:
today more than ever they feel a strong sense of responsibility towards the territory and
future generations. For this reason, Forno Meridiano has chosen a production process which
has the minimal environmental impact, using modern methods to tell its journey of flavors
and traditions starting from Puglia: excellent, tasty and environmentally friendly products.
This is Forno Meridiano.
How our taralli are born
We carefully follow all the phases that bring our Apulian taralli from the mixture of the ingredients to your tables. In every package you will find the taste and warmth of the wheat fields, the aromas of our South, the authenticity of an ancient tradition.

Sustainability, first and foremost
We want to be a virtuous player in the community in which we are immersed. For this reason we adopt all possible measures that respect the principles of environmental sustainability, from the containment of production residues and the use of electricity produced by photovoltaic panels to recyclable packaging.
